A lifelong pitcher, Bob has coached the West Wisconsin Batgirls for the past eight years.

The Batgirls travel mainly in the midwest and has been a consistant winner.

The Batgirls have won the Wisconsin State Title four of the past five years.

Bob has spent a lifetime pursuing his passion: Fastpitch Softball.

Bob has coached at St Mary's University with John Tschida, winning the 2000 NCAA Division-3 National Championship.

Bob was also the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire pitching and catching coach in 2001.

Bob has developed many athletes from beginners to successful college level players during the last ten years.

He believes there is no substitute for hard work and the discipline gained from it.
