Private Pitching Lessons:
Pitching Lessons are by Appointment. Call or use form below for available times.

Athletes will be instructed in the Six Steps (patent pending) to Proper Windmill Mechanics thereby giving each athlete the tools and knowledge to move through her lessons with more proficiency and no longer needs to sign up for weekly lessons.

1. Proper Windmill Mechanics

3. Ball Placement
4. Various Breaking Pitches:
   • Drop
   • Curve
   • Screw
   • Rise
   • Change (Knuckle Ball, Flip, Palm)
   • Off-speed variations of the curve and fast

6. Injury Prevention
