	Highly Competitive - Two or More STRONG Pitchers Solid Defensive Skills AND Solid Offensive Skills. Expect to be in A or B State and/or National competition.
	Very Competitive - One or More STRONG Pitchers Solid Defensive Skills AND/OR Solid Offensive Skills. Expect to be in B or C State competition.
	Competitive - At least One Strong Pitcher Average to Good Defense and Offense. Expect to qualify for C or D State competition.
	Learning - Pitching is Average to Weak Team is learning defensive and offensive skills. Expec to qualify for Rec State or have no expectations for qualifying for State Tournaments.

These ratings will be used to assist in seeding tournaments. It is up to the Tournament Director to decide how to use this information or choose not to use it.
