Pitching: 35' with 11" ball for 12U / 40' with 12" ball for 14U
Run limit per inn---5 [waived the last inning--number you trail by + 5]
Ten-Run Rule: 4 innings for 12U / 5 innings for 14U
International Rules for extra innings.
Each team will play 3 games only. Can play either Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun.
WIAA Rules used with 2 WIAA Officials for each game.
Teams may use 10 players defensively. May bat up to number of slots on scoring
sheet. Will Place your squad with Teams Competitive to your ability.
Pitching Limits: 9 innings for 12U. No limit at 14U.
If teams are Tied for any position at the end of a Tournament---1st} Head to
Head; 2nd) Least Number of Runs given up.
Plaques given for 1st, 2nd, 3rd & Consolation [Eight + teams]
Plaques given for 1st,2nd & 3rd if in Groups of 6.
Two Contests---Baserunning [14U--1st to Home] [12U--2nd to Home] and Around the
Horn [C-3rd-2nd-1st-C] with Medals to be given to 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th[?]
depending on number of entries.
Changes in Guidelines---14 [none]
12U-Little League Rules apply--
1) Batter cannot run on missed or dropped 3rd strike;
2) Runner on 3rd, cannot come home on an attempted Steal, Passed Ball, Wild Pitch, Dropped 3rd Strike, throw down to 2nd base. Runner on 3rd can come Home only on a Bases Loaded Walk or a batted ball.
3) Stealing of 2nd and 3rd permissible--cannot come home on overthrows;
4) Runner at 3rd can be picked off with no recourse;
5) Runners on 1st and 3rd--Catcher can play on runner to 2nd without 3rd base runner coming in.
