Players eligibility is determined by their age on January 1, 2008. Birth certificates must be provided upon request.

Individual awards to top 4 teams with a maximum of 15 awards per team. Deadline is May 30, 2008. Team roster forms, maps, schedules and other information will be mailed by June 9, 2008.
